Review
One of Irelands few remaining strands of television documentaries this series engages our attention with well-told stories rater than sensationalised gimmicks. The series provides a salutary reminder of the enduring value of intellegent, crafted documentaries that shine new light into otherwise onscure corners of society. Over the past eight weeks Consuming Passions has brought us entertaining insights into a variety of rich subcultures.
